Brook Valley

Large-scale housing masterplan in Barnet, North London. The project delivered 631 residential units across five phases that incrementally regenerated a run-down housing estate. 

This project was led by Dejan during his project leader role at Alison Brooks Architects. Dejan led the master planning and delivery of the first and second phases of the development, which included designing individual houses, apartment blocks and the public realm.

Dejan was in charge of a team of five architects, and was liaising with the local authority, contractor, housing association, local community, landscape designers and the engineering design team.
